Review

The song from the number series with the second lowest score on RYM, and the low score is because of the second part, people say that the song is uncomfortable, but Lân will see. The song starts with a fast bass pulse loop, and then combines with a voice track from a conspiracy theorist saying something about the USA and the president. Also, like lots of voice tracks used in Bull of Heaven, theres heavy distortion, with lots of changes in pitch and speed. Also, the voice is very low quality, and because of this its hard to understand, but you can understand most, conspiracy nonsense. At 25 minutes, the track is edited to loop into a random sound, this happens again later to make the song even stranger, the editing uses reversal also, and then stops completely at 29 minutes, to leave the bass loop only, before starting again at 31 minutes, using a different voice and using drone that fades out and in under the voice. The voice echoes lots also and this creates a strange experience with the drone in the background fading in and out. Again, the voice is talking about the USA, but now about the MK Ultra experiment, and also more conspiracy. Theres a quiet bass loop in the background also, but its hard to notice, Lân isnt sure for how long it was there. And later it talks about abuse, child pornography, trauma etc... Its vile. However its interesting to listen to, and a good atmosphere and... well Lân doesnt know. If you want to listen, Lân wouldnt say dont but it can be hard to listen to sometimes.

More Information

  • This song is the Bull of Heaven song with the second lowest rating in the number series on RYM, mainly because of the second part and the contents of the speech.

  • The second voice track that starts at 31 minutes is taken from this speech by Cathy O'Brien, but of course theres lots of distortion added in the song.
